Staff Awesome, some room amenities need work.
I was a bit concerned about the door locks and security hasps. One hasp was completely broken off the door leading to the atrium. The deadbolt would not engage due to improper door jamb and strike plate mis-alignment. The heater fan could not be completely turned off so there was constant noise while attempting to sleep. The staff was great! Thank you to Angie who checked me in. She's very professional and friendly as was housekeeping personel. They did a good job making the room up.
