Pictures are not the same as in person. Beds are hard. Half done paint jobs. Chipped old paint. No phones in the room. Elevator seemed like it struggled each time. Smoke alarm started beeping at 1am.

Staff was good to deal with. Continental breakfast was the worst of all Hotels I have stayed with. Shower was luke warm at best, low water flow and at one point started vibrating so bad that the water temp valve fell apart,

Blah - But Cheap
Let's start with saying 'The Price is Right'. It's a cheap hotel. I travel quite a bit and this is one of the low budget hotels that I have stayed at. Rooms are very small, bathrooms are even smaller, shower is small and very slippery. There were holes in the walls that weren't patched, carpets dirty, toilet seat loose, exterior doors with signs that said they were broken, jacuzzi not working with a piece of plywood covering it, bed was terribly uncomfortable, pillows were cheap and pillow cases dirty, no bedside lamps, intrusive ceiling lighting - really the list could go on. However, the price was cheap so I guess what should you expect. The front desk staff was reasonable friendly except for the guy who was mad at me for telling him there was a fire in their outdoor ashtray. I would probably not stay here again simply because of the bed and pillow cases. If you're looking for a cheap place however, this is an option.

The hotel is run down & not maintained. There is obvious water intrusion, moisture issues. When we arrived there was a fan in the lobby and the couch was being cleaned. On the second night of our stay, rain poured into the room from the ceiling & window. The drywall was peeling & detached. The room was not clean. There were flies everywhere in the breakfast area & fly traps covered in flies on the counter where the food is served. I requested a refund for one night due to the water intrusion & it was denied by the hotel. Being that I am a Platinum Member with Expedia, Expedia gave me a credit on my account. I travel frequently & this is the first unsatisfactory review I have ever felt compelled to give.

Back pain in the morning
Room was comfortable until you got to sleep on the bed. It’s as though you were sleeping on the floor. The mattress was as hard as a board and caused back pain in the morning.

Horrible Hospitality
I had numerous hard times getting my basic needs met. We were told the breakfast was every morning. There were most mornings where my two little boys couldn’t eat because they did not set out much for the guest to eat. Luckily there was a quick trip close by. The toilets weren’t efficient and had several problems through my stay. I only enjoyed the pool 1 day since the water ph levels were off my skin was itching and rashing developed on my skin. I will not be wanting to go back after paying almost $1000 for a week.
