Terrible property, stains all over floors, beds and chair. The door also didn’t fit properly and had a large gap in the frame so you could see the hallway.

A small hiccup but it worked out

The Stay was great got some needed rest. But there was a hiccup at check in I thought I was getting a lower level room but had to stay on the third floor. But we adjusted. But other than that the staff and stay was good.

Upon check-in desk clerk delayed speaking to me until she had finished a task that could have waited. She took forever to check me in. I think she must have been new and seemed like she hadn't mastered the routine yet. Upon entering my room I searced for an ice bucket and ice machine, and finding none I went back to the front desk and the same person told me there was no ice machine but said I could turn on the ice maker in the fridge freezer in my room. So, had to wait until the ice maker made ice. Why didn't she tell me that before I got to my room so it could be working before I got there. It turns out the hotel was full and they should have turned on all of the ice makers.

Reasonable price for a clean, comfortable room

Advertised as an economy extended stay property. Clean spacious room, comfortable bed, great price. Room has a full size fridge, microwave and 2 burner cooktop. Only thing missing is dishes, cutlery and cookware. Dishes are available for purchase, but at least a skillet and pot should be available. I’ve stayed at a couple of chains with similar setups and some do provide basic items to equip the kitchette…just wish that was the case here.
