Generally clean safe property. The bed was the hardest that I have ever slept in which caused restless sleep and back and hip pain. Breakfast was normal fare but left a lot to be desired.

No one is doing maintenance. Room smelled like wet dog. Tile in bathroom cracked and broken, mini fridge door had large rust spots on bottom. Unpainted trim, furniture looked distressed but was just abused. Carpet in hall looked dingy. This area is not the best. First and last stay here. Do yourself a favor look for a room in Overland Park.
