I was charged $23 for a bottle of water on my card. The water was listed as $3. They also made me put down a deposit for $289. Which was more than the cost of the nights stay. They should be forward about this. I read prior and k thing about an almost $300 deposit. That’s ridiculous

Smashed out windows are norm according to staff.
My truck and another truck had windows smashed out despite being directly under a parking lot light. Staff at the hotel desk said it is a reoccurring problem. She gave me the police phone number without having to look it up. She had the police number ready. I drove 5 minutes to a 7/11 to throw away glass and vacuum. A woman who lives in the neighborhood said my hotel was too close to the hood. She wasn’t surprised my window was smashed but felt bad it happened to a visitor to her city.

Convenient to get to Crowne Plaza. Hotel itself was very nice, rooms were clean, breakfast was good, the only negative… the shower was TERRIBLE!! There was no water pressure and when you were in the shower the temperature would change from warm to scalding hot in an instant and then cold! Made for an unpleasant experience when getting ready in the mornings.

The lobby of the hotel was decent and nice but our room was not very clean. It looked and smelled like they used dirty mop water with bleach in it and the floors stunk as well. The shower looked like they dumped the dirty mop water out in it, it was not very nice.

There was someone running back and forth above our room for over an hour after midnight. At 5:00 in the morning, someone was blaring their tv. Not sure the property owners could control that.
