Fine, just fine.
The room was great, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, they only had one valet (on a busy Saturday night with a wedding party in the hotel) and no working elevator for the parking garage, so our self-parking was a bit of a fiasco. Also, while the room was clean and lovely, they had not stocked all the toiletries. No hair conditioner at all in the room we had. In addition to that, the ice vending on our floor was out of order and had no sign notifying us of that. So, overall, staff and room were great, but creature comforts left a bit to be desired.

When we arrived at the hotel we were told our leveled F-150 wouldn’t fit in the parking garage. We’ve been there several times and had no issues. They told us we had to park at the front of the hotel but they would wave the valet parking fee. We parked our own truck where they told us to in front of the hotel. Then upon checkout today the guy said we owed $100. In my opinion they wanted to make money off of us because we saw trucks bigger than ours parked in the garage. I’m also still getting text asking for payment after the valet said it would be taken care of. We stayed 2 days we left the room from 9:00am-4:00pm our room still hadn’t been cleaned and we needed towels. This was probably my 3rd stay in this hotel and we won’t be returning.

Front desk staff just above average. The breakfast diner was my main issue. Stopped by to review the menu and offerings. Yes, i was barefoot. The first two ladies were nice and smiled and gave me a menu to review. The next person was a ponytailed millennial that had a smug, condescending passive agressive tone to his voice and said "we're going to need shoes to dine today." I replied in the same tone "we're not dining. We're reviewing the offerings " He seemed surprised that i used his tone back at him. He never said good morning, or may i assist you went straight to the passive aggressive smirky tone. The hotel is undergoing renovations. The gym was closed. No pool. No hot tub. The area is full of homeless.
