Deceptively Wonderful!
Property still under construction, but the rooms were terrific and everything appeared new. VERY COMFORTABLE will all the ammenities you would expect. Was doubtful when we approached, but thrilled with the end result.

We were unsure on what to expect here as when we booked, there was not a ton of reviews. We had to travel for softball and decided for the price, this place made the most sense. It was a great choice! Location was good, room was very nice and clean. Friendly staff! We will be back!

Right off the interstate and 10 minutes from downtown. Old motel that is in the process of being remodeled. Rooms large with basic hotel furnishings. A good value for the money in this area especially if you would rather save your money for experiences rather than sleeping.

This place is definitely a work in progress. It was fine for a quick 1 night stay but it’s definitely not completely done with the renovations going on. It was obviously a Baymont inn before and the transition to whatever “boutique” hotel it’s going to be is still happening. I will say that the rooms were clean and check in was easy.

It took us 30 minutes to find. No sign anywhere it’s a hotel. Main break in the water the day before til the day we arrived. I understand water main breaks as I work for the water company in Omaha. So natural disasters happen daily. What I don’t understand why wasn’t I called to let me know they were without water or email me. Then after arriving shortly water was turned back on. I’m told I have to pay $150 deposit if it was done on my credit card 5-7 days to get back or sometimes longer . I Don’t like that they take the money out from your credit card not a hold . I didnt understand why not just a hold I paid the 150 cash .

The rooms are good, but didn't have hot water. The grounds were unkept, and the two abandoned buildings were an eye sore. Staff was very polite and prompt after I called them to the check in counter. It's under new ownership and has the potential to do better. I hope they do.

This hotel was weird. It looks absolutely NOTHING like the photos. Its not in that great of an area either. The room smelled like death covered up with a few cans of febreeze, combined with weed and musty smells. The sign in the bathroom is the weirdest thing. Don't flush toilet paper? How is that sanitary? I'm gonna take a dump and leave the toilet paper in the trash for me to smell all night? Like, what the actual.... While this hotel maybe cheap, it's worth it to pay a little extra for a safe, clean hotel! Don't stay here!

What we loved: The actual room was amazing. AC worked great, very modern and updated room, beds were comfortable, carpet felt amazing, super nice bathroom. The shower had an adjustable head and you could adjust the height as well (perfect for tall people). TV had a Roku so you could watch your own accounts (nice, but no cable if you don't have an account to sign in to). The only weird thing about the room was a sign in the bathroom that said not to flush toilet paper. Our room was great, but the hotel overall was a little unsettling. I think if you know what you're walking into first, it wouldn't be as jarring. I am assuming the hotel is currently being renovated. The rooms are around the back of the hotel, so when we pulled up there was only the single car in sight and it looked like the place was shut down. There were an alarming number of rooms marked for staff only and there were lots of doors you wouldn't expect to see on the interior of a hotel (imagine doors intended for exterior house doors). The layout was confusing and it was difficult to find the advertised amenities (we never found the "game room"). There were vending machines intended for food that had drinks in them (no actual drink vending machines). A lot of things just seemed very out of place. All that said, the room was comfortable enough that I would likely stay here again.

When we pulled up and I saw the outside. I was kinda scared and hesitant, but when we got inside and got into the room. It was so good and clean and neat, and the hallways smell fresh and everything
