We stayed here one (1) night. I am an IHG member and used my Hotels/Expedia "Cash" for the purchase. Front Desk staff was helpful. Bar and restaurant folks were terrible. The manager and waitress standing there talking smack about other employees... very unprofessional.

The hotel itself is really beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really great. Our room was right next to the elevator though, we heard it going up and down literally the entire night and it is not quiet. We were in town for my daughters cheer competition so we really did not get a good nights rest because of this.

This is our favorite place to stay in KC. Right on the Plaza close to so much shopping and dining. We wanted to stay the weekend but a ferocious winter storm made us leave a day early. We are hoping Expedia will give us a credit.
