We were there for a funeral and stayed 3 days visiting friends and family. we have stayed in this hotel before and had a good experience that time too. The hotel is just south of the highway yet is very quiet and safe. It’s an affluent area so lots of upscale restaurants and stores and entirely safe but you must drive there. There’s plenty of free parking next to the building. The desk clerk was helpful and friendly. The room was clean, nicely decorated with good linens and pillows. the room had a sofa, desk and counter for coffee and drinks. everything worked. It was a comfortable stay.

The shower floor / tile was not clean. The water did not drain properly during or after the shower was off. They were out of chicken one night and hamburgers both nights of my stay. Hot breakfast buffet was good.

Overall our stay was great. It was very clean! You could tell it was a little dated but it was well maintained and again, so clean. Breakfast was good too, zero concerns. Felt very safe too.

The staff was great, however housekeeping knocked on our door at 8 a.m. and the next morning at 5:30 a.m. they performed loud maintenance in the yard outside of our room. It would have been nice to be able to sleep longer.
