The process to pay for the parking is wholly inappropriate. it took the person at the registration desk practically ten minutes to get it right.

Just okay

Hilton Kansas City Airport is a solid hotel. You can tell it has been renovated in the lobby but the room doors are very dated. I paid extra for a King on a high floor and was somewhat disappointed that it was only the 6th floor(not worth the extra money). My toilet was clogged when I got there, so that was as lackluster and gross after I used the restroom unknowingly. I flew out early this morning, the hotel was super close to the airport which was very convenient. Overall it’s just okay, the staff was super friendly.

This property has substantial deferred maintenance. Relocated from a room when the picture frames were rattling while the AC ran and the toilet wouldn’t flush to a room where the door was hung incorrectly and had to be yanked shut and the toilet wouldn’t stop running. I really expect better from a Hilton.
