We got last minute tickets to the Big 12 championship game and I figured we'd need to stay far away from the stadium or spend a fortune on something nearby. Hampton Inn blew me away. Nicely updated facility, right on the streetcar line, 5 minute walk to Power & Light district, free breakfast. Great value!

Great location close to everything downtown. Everything else was subpar. I would have been unhappy staying longer than one night.The bathroom was gross with no ventilation and the ceiling was falling apart. We have stayed in plenty of hotels in downtown areas but this was the loudest by far. The streetcar and emergency vehicles were right outside our room all night.

This was my fourth stay here and it did not disappoint. Great location for our needs as we could walk almost everywhere. Loved the big room and big bathroom. We will be back.
