The hot breakfast options were awful. The pool was old and kind of gross. The bathroom door in our hotel room was hard to close and the toilets were really loud! Woke everyone up multiple times a night!

Perfect stay

Amazing stay for a weekend dance competition. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. Very friendly front desk staff. Safe area. Secure parking. Breakfast was great. The pool was big and just the right temperature. Really enjoyed our stay.

Check in was easy and quick. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The dining staff was unbelievable. They were constantly refilling items, cleaning tables and yet somehow were unobtrusive. Great job! The pool area was inviting and fun for the kids. The fitness center was top notch and the whole place was very clean. Outstanding!

Great location, close to dining and shopping. Room was spacious and clean. Room 627 had a drain issue. When you ran the water in sink it made a loud gurgling noise for at least 5 mins. Other than that the beds were comfortable and clean.

Location of the property was good for our stay, front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had the unfortunate experience of a toilet that wouldn’t stop running. Unfortunately it was at night so we didn’t want to call for help so had to put up with the noise and not use the bathroom all night. We did ask front desk staff to have it checked when we checked out. Hopefully it’s taken care of. Otherwise the rooms & breakfast area were okay.

Very comfortable stay

Check in was a breeze. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice large shower with good water pressure. Love the 24-hour coffee in the lobby. Lots of excellent food choices for breakfast. Nice warm swimming pool. Plenty of cardio equipment in the fitness room. Would definitely stay again.

Stay in a Snowstorm.

I arrived a day early due to the snowstorm coming the next day. The hotel easily helped me book another day onto my planned stay. Breakfast was amazing, and they even had red velvet waffles! The staff was kind and genuine. Definitely recommend!!!!

Too many young kids

The facilities are clean and beautiful, but there were so many children around, the pool and lounge area were unusable. It was some kind of young cheerleading group. A heads up on that fact could have lead us to make a better choice.

Hotel was up to date and clean

The hotel room was up to date and very clean. The employees were nice. Breakfast was good. Only downside was the unattended teens/kids running the halls being loud and rude. My kids couldnt swim long because older kids were in there cussing and being rough with other kids. I guess thats not really the hotels fault, but it did make it feel unsafe at times.

Great for Chiefs games!

We were there for the AFC championship game. They were decorated for the game and offered us cardboard to stand on at the game (keeps your feet warm!) and rags to use if we needed to wipe off our seats. Beds were comfy, room was large, everything was clean, and breakfast (so many choices!) was delicious.
