Excessive charges but the grandkids loved it!

We took our grandkids to Great Wolf Lodge and had a great time. Unfortunately, we were charged for parking even though we didn't have a vehicle. We were also charged for towels even though we returned them, and checked them in with the attendant (which involves tapping your wristband).

Upon arrival the room we booked wasn’t available. They upgraded us to a better suite and free 2 pm checkout. Our room was ready for us at check in. The room was very clean. Our kids had an amazing time. Would definitely recommend.

Water park is fun for my kids but beds are hard, not clean. Couldn’t stay for more than 1 night the beds feel like cardboard .

Our children love coming here which is why we return. The rooms however were mostly clean but there was some sort of hair or fur in our bathtub and the dresser drawer fall as soon as ypu touch them.
