Short stay.
I just had an overnight stay and the room was very comfortable. Continental breakfast though was lacking. Just coffee, which I don't drink, oatmeal packet and granola bars. I had 1 bar and left.

This place is filthy. The hallways smell like they’re piping in farts.Couldn’t get any housekeeping, over several days, despite numerous requests. The fan in our bathroom did not work. The stove top did not work. About half the people at the front desk have no business working in hospitality. The block where they are located is nothing but other hotels! So we moved to one of those. Avoid this place like the plague.

Overall hotel was a great experience. The staff was nice they checked us in hassel free. We were put on the third floor excess able by elevator. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plus you have a kitchenette with full size fridge. Halls were quiet as well with no sketchy looking characters nor in the parking lot. Wasn't to pricey either. Would definitely stay again.

This was a stay near the airport to make catching our early flight easier. It was an interesting stay to start out. The person at the desk was abrasively friendly (never saw that before). Everyone in the family that was over 16 had their IDs copied, they needed our license plate number (pretty normal), and then I signed and initialed multiple times on a long contract where I agreed to a bunch of things like I wasnt moving in permanently. We found our way to the room. It was clean and quiet. The vending machine selection was limited so I decided to go to the gas station a couple blocks away. It was late which is probably why several employees believed parking across the bank parking lot which blocked the way was OK. It was difficult to turn around since it is so small. Overall, a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Misleading
Asked for towels was denied because I needed to bring older towels first. Room had patch jobs from previous repairs that looked as if they were rushed. The biggest issue I think would have been the misleading of breakfast bar which was just instant oatmeal. For the extra 200plus dollars this was the worse part of stay because it was horrible n inedible. I would not have stayed if the breakfast bar was clearly explained that it was just instant oatmeal. No cereal no milk or orange juice no egg not even granola bars. I only booked because breakfast was stated to be there which I felt bamboozled. But the staff was great I will say that but I just wish hotels.com stated what the actual breakfast was going to be.
