You get what you pay for. I thought being a Hilton hotel they would have higher standards. Very dated hotel that needs some significant upgrades. The biggest being the carpets! Stains throughout the hotel and in our room. We made a point not to take our socks off! Not so much the hotels fault but kids were unattended by parents, playing tag and hide and seek throughout the entire hotel and holding up the elevators doing so. The security guard was doing his best to stop the kids, but he didn’t seem to have much success. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again. We couldn’t find a vending machine, even though it stated they were on all even floors, so we had to go to the gift shop by the front desk for drinks and snacks. The positives of the stay were that other the. The carpet, the furniture, bed and bathroom were clean. The staff was accommodating and I would like to give kudos to the security guard. I didn’t get his name but he Ius originally from Dallas. We were at a table in the lobby and he made a point to stop and apologize for all the kids running wild and said he was working to put a stop to it. Great guy!

Staff was top notch, very friendly. Check in was simple, we were even given free drink cards. Unfortunately the bar closed early, unable to use them. Breakfast was really good with good selection. Room was very nice/big with "2 rooms", doorway with windows was so cool! Shower pressure very weak however. Enjoyed the stay

I can understand why some travelers rate this property lower. It is an old building which comes with its set of challenges like loud heaters and old elevator systems. But overall I thought this contributed to its charm. The staff was amazing, the room was comfortable. We had absolutely no issues. I marked down on cleanliness because in the ice room on our floor, there was a big puddle of water, and there were also piles of dirty dishes in that room. That is the only complaint I have. Overall this is an amazing location and a beautiful property.

Close to plaza. Staff is friendly and accommodating everytime we stay. This hotel is usually very crowded and loud at times, but still worth the stay! Happy hour each night, long hours for the pool and hot tub area. Great hot breakfast

Several cars were broken into, smashing glass and stealing items from vehicles. Very frustrating. Maintenance staff helped get us taped up. We won’t return. No hot water in the shower was also a bummer.

The good and bad....

The hotel was older version and not modern at all. The room was in decent shape except for the bathroom tub....it was stained and gross. The bed was comfortable and clean. I did like the room had a siitting room and a bedroom. The breakfast was very good and had lots of options including an omelet station.
