The entire staff was exceptionally kind - from the front desk, to dining staff to the housekeeping. The staff takes pride in making their guests feel welcome. The housekeeping even arranged my boys' stuffed animals on the beds in a cute fashion when they cleaned! My boys thought that was awesome. I also loved the dinners each night. That took the pressure off of finding a place to eat after a long day touring KC. I appreciated that there was always a vegetarian option for me at dinner along with lots of kid friendly foods too. We loved our stay and will definitely be more inclined to stay at Drury Inn in the future!

We stayed in room 710. We kept hearing what sounded like metal banging together and was told it was the water pipes because everyone was settling down for the night. It sounded like it was in the wall between 708 and 710. It stopped for a couple hours but overall we weren’t able to sleep well.

The hotel amenities that are included such as snacks, drinks and dinner each night is wonderful and convenient! The location is slightly difficult in terms of so many freeways right next to it, but otherwise great service! The pool was a little small though and easily got crowded.

I have stayed at this property many times over the past 15 years, and keep returning because it's always excellent. The staff members are always courteous and welcoming. the complimentary meals, popcorn and beverages are a nice bonus. The covered parking garage with secured entrance and exit are an all-time favorite.

Probably won't stay again

Our room was clean and the staff was nice. The one thing that made the stay annoying was a large group of obnoxious swingers who insisted on being loud in the main lobby until late in the evening. Our room was right by an open balcony to the lower lobby and right near the elevator. It was extremely loud and we didn't get much sleep. I feel like if you are going to have a swinger party a hotel should block off floors.
