The location was very convenient to get to Arrowhead stadium but there weren't really any restaurants in the immediate area

What the hell
There were roaches walking around there were ppl private part hair on our towels the toilet never stopped running and the window was locked so the smell could not get out and night it is very loud would not bring your family here does not seem safe

There were many issues. As soon as I walked in my hotel room, I was hit instantly with a smell of sweaty socks, at least that’s what it smelled like. The toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to lift up the top to fix it. You could tell the AC filter had not been changed in a while because it wouldn’t blow strong air. I was very disappointed on how many pillows I got. There were some hairs in my bedding. I tried to get my mind of how bad my room was so I decided to go the in hotel gym and was brought with more disappointment. The ceiling was leaking, the treadmill is really old and would not turn on, I tried using some of the equipment there to see that a lot of the equipment was broken. Employees were very polite and helpful though.

I will not recommend this place at all. There were people sleeping on their cars at the parking lot. Weird people all around during the night. The place smelled very bad. We didn’t feel safe. I checked in and out at the same moment.

Perfect for our family weekend getaway. The front desk lady who has been there for over 20 years ALWAYS goes above and beyond for guest... her upper tier customer service is phenomenal 👌 she is the best part of that place... no complaints..

The entire hotel smelled of marijuana and there was so many people hanging out in the parking lot. Don’t recommend at all. Toilet stopped working and front desk said sorry but we don’t work on weekends.

Decent stay
Very pleasant experience. After reading the reviews I was nervous but Tammy was nice enough to let us check in a little early so we could get to our event. Overall It was a decent stay and worked for me and my kids. If youre looking for a Hilton dont stay here. Is a strong smell of smoke when you frist walk in nonsmokers. Room itself didnt smell. I brought an air purifier bc of reviews bc I have bad allergies but didnt need to use it. This is a pet friendly hotel as well. Thank you!

There was a constant smell of marijuana and cigarettes. We walked into a room that was supposed to have been cleaned, but there was trash on the table in front of the TV. The pillows were missing pillow cases. The bathtub had hair in it. One good thing was a nice, helpful hispanic housekeeper.

The WORST stay EVER!!!
First customer service was terrible the front desk clerks act as if they are on some type of drugs. The housekeeping absolutely horrible. One of our rooms the window had large spider webs. The second room desk chair was so dirty that seriously it needs to be burned the ac never went lower than 75 in 95 degree weather. The individual taking care of breakfast was so rude to another guest it was unbelievable. This hotel is ONLY good for a one night stay I wouldn't recommend longer.
