Beware CASH is required for check in

When checking in we were informed that there would be a $100 security deposit which was no big deal, all hotels require that, however it is their policy that it had to be paid in CASH. We don’t typically carry that much cash, as we use our credit card for almost everything. If you don’t have that much cash it’s not a problem for them as they have an ATM right there for you to use along with all the fees that you get charged when using an ATM not associated with your bank. You get the cash back after you go to the lobby and request a checkout at which time they send someone to the room to make sure there are no damages. You also have to sign a paper upon check in that you acknowledge the deposit will be forfeited if you violate any of their long list of rules. The whole process makes you feel like a criminal on parole.

Disgusting

The room was dirty, fridge inside was disgusting. Window lock did not work. Water faucet pressure was none. Smelled of cigarettes and burn marks. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would not recommend this to anyone. First thing was they wanted a $100.00 cash deposit for staying there. Second, although it already billed to our cc two weeks prior and we had a confirmation number we were told that we didn’t have a reservation. So we left and tried to find another room but was unsuccessful. I then called and tried getting a little help for a refund and was told that our reservation came through and if we came back they would wave the deposit. Reluctantly we did. This was 5:30 at this point. When we went it to get the key and room we were told it wasn’t ready and we would have to take double queen. When I was walking out they said if we came back in a while it would be ready. 2 hours later we came two the room was ready, fart fan was hanging off th wall, as was the smoke dectector. The motel hallways, lobby, and our room all reeked of pot and cigarette smoke, horrible. I would never recommend this place to any person, man or beast

Sam was the front counter girl and was very great at what she does but the breakfast area never was cleaned or restocked when things were empty and when asking it was like we were putting them out fire alarm went off in the middle of the night our first night 3 times and we were not told anything about a one hundred dollar cash deposit until we arrived

Weed motel. Smell of smoke everywhere. Fire alarm and fire department came 3x in one night. Fanhad soot on it for a non smoking room. Door lock was broeken and had a chair pushed up ahainst it.Canceled stay and refised to refund.

I had a bad experience. We were going to stay for two days, but we only stayed one night because the place smelled so bad, it stank of old, dogs, drugs, and cigarettes. Everything is old. The place urgently needs remodeling.

This hotel experience was terrible. The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The floors throughout the lobby were sticky. The continental breakfast was not good, some of the food seemed like it was several days old instead of fresh. The room itself was terrible. The sink would not drain properly and neither would the shower. One of the beds was fairly comfortable, the other was as hard as a rock and didnt even have a comforter on it. I'm not sure where the comforter was for that bed. There were not enough towels for us and when we asked for more we were told there were no more becauae the laundry hadnt been done. On the final night of our stay, the fire alarm went off twice, once in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. Both times they were false alarms or set off by someone smoking in the building, but we didnt know that until after we already got our children out of bed. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

We have a live music venue and tried this hotel for the band that was traveling. People in the parking lot tried to fight the band members as they were unloading to check in. There was also a $100 cash deposit required that is not verbalized anywhere when booking online. They did not stay there due to feeling unsafe. This is unfortunate due to the fact that this area has several new businesses and hotels.

The building has chunks of siding missing on outside. Our room was covered in hair- counters floors, toilet etc, even found long pieces between the sheets. There were a number of people who appeared to live in the hotel, including at least 1 employee. Broke down cars skattered in the parking lot. Multiple people had dogs with them and did not clean up after them. We have stayed at this hotel in the past about 2 yrs ago but its gone downhill badly. SAM - employee on duty when we checked in- was wonderful. We booked a 2 queen room thru expedia, she saw this and informed us they didnt have those but flund 2 rooms next to each other we could split our family of 6 into and didnt charge us for the additional room. As for the hair- we were able to wipe all the surfaces down to get rid of it and were able to proceed with our stay.

Arrived to check in, was informed there is a $100 cash only deposit per night. Clerk was very polite and friendly. Room was clean, only one towel, no wash cloths, no coffee pot, no phone. A/C barely worked. We would not recommend!

I booked online. When I got to the hotel I found out I had to put $100 cash deposit down in case I stole something. I did not have $100 in cash so I went to the ATM in their lobby and was charged a fee of $3.99 to get money to pay the fee. I could not check out till 7 the next morning because I would not receive my deposit till after 7. We went down at 7:15am to check out and no one was at the front desk. Forty five minutes later someone showed up at the desk. Took her another 20 minutes to go and check my room to make sure I didn't steal anything then she returned my deposit. Overall it was a insulting experience. Will not return to this Days Inn, and probably never again with the name Days Inn on the hotel.

First, there’s a $100 deposit that’s not mentioned on the website. The room we reserved, was not Available which was annoying especially when we paid for the room protection. The rooms were poor conditions (get what you pay for), and we had postpone leaving the city due to nobody being able to check us out and return our deposit until the manager was at the location. Unprofessional and should be shut down.

Avoid this place

Nothing nice to say except for the clerk who checked us in. The facility needs maintenance. Bed linens had holes and were stained. One bar of soap. No extra pillows. There is a $100.00 cash fee at time of checkin. If our room was not damaged and nothing stolen, we would get the cash back, which we did. I wish we would have been forewarned.
