What I like about the property it that is close to stores and dining restaurant. The parking get full at night and they are kinda small, it has a microwave, a small refrigerator. Overall, the property is claen and the front lady is nice. I think I would stay again.

It was ok.
It was fine, nothing major. Pool and hot tub nice. Patio nice but it would have been great if the fire pit was working. Bed was fairly comfortable. Shower was super hard to get to the right temp and not very powerful. Vacuuming in the hallway at 8am Sunday, not great. Maybe wait for a bit….

Worst birthday weekend ever! I booked a double queen suite pullout couch 3 weeks ahead of time. I get there, check is normal. Manager was standing less than 5 feet away. I go to my room only to see what I booked was not the room I was put in. Come to find out, they put someone else in the room I booked without sending an email,text, calling me, sending a message on hotels.com app. But they can send a mesaage for $10.00 breakfast. They tell me the only thing they can do is give me 50% off my hotel. Not once did they come in to empty the trash, bring fresh towels. I couldn't call down to customer service, but they could call me. After staying there and making sure we didnt leave anything. I found someone ELSE'S DIRTY SOCKS AND CHEWED SUNFLOWER SEEDS BEHIND THE LIVING ROOM TV STAND. It was also sunflower seeds behind the tv in the bedroom. Sheets were not cleaned. I would never stay here again. This was the worst experience and my family always travels to KC.
