They have notices via social media and throughout the facility renovations are coming, however service is still required. You could see the dust in the rooms, dirt along the baseboards/carpet. They offer bagels, toast, coffee, juice complimentary but they did not replenish the food. Two of the three mornings they ran out of coffee having to wait 10/15 minutes for coffee ONLY after we asked to make more coffee. The toasters took forever to toast the bagels and the lever to push the toast/bagel down was broke. The area was not maintained. The lobby has a tv, we asked to turn the tv on to watch the football game as our group had 6 people, the girl at front desk did not even know there was a tv and then said did not know how to work it. Maybe she was new but made no offer to help. Customer service, maintaining areas makes a HUGE difference. There was one girl at the front desk (pm shift) on two of three nights we were there, she was AMAZING. She provided excellent service, engaged in conversations, offered assistance. She was the ONLY reason we stayed. I wish I would have asked for her name because she was GREAT.

This property was fine but not great. The rooms are dated but clean. The staff was awesome and very nice. The walls are very thin and our room was by the ice maker and soda machine which was very loud. Our toilet kept running after we flushed it which was annoying. Parking there was easy at least. We never tried the bagel breakfast

Place is a dump and the renovation in January will not start soon enough. Should be completely gutted. Dirty, old, and not worth the price, will never stay there again.

The hot water did not work and it was zero outside. The phone had no cord, so it did not work. The ice machine cycled all night long. We had to change hotels and still pay an extra night. Worst experience ever.

WORST HOTEL IN KC.
This was the far most worst experiences I’ve had. The first hotel room REAKED of mold and mildew it make my and i sick the next day. The showers were so bad and dirty we didn’t shower. The first room we were placed in had stains on the sheets no mattress cover, dirty shower just a dirty room/environment. The second room was no better minus the mold smell. When we turned on the heat it smelled like the room was on fire from the burnt smell coming from the heat. There’s no microwaves in the room the breakfast consisted of break and beagles and the meth heads walking the streets all night where you park your car.. there’s no closed in gate it’s just open parking where anyone could just break in your car. this was for over 100$ for the night ?! They have to be kidding.

I felt the door, deadbolt and lock, needed to be tightened. (Room 323) Quik Trip is right next door for snacks and gas. Parking was easy and accessible. The Main Street was under construction to expand their cable car, but wasn’t inconvenient getting into the hotel parking lot. Everything was clean and fine for a 2 night stay. Other than the door, no complaints.
