Room was not cleaned after the first night. There was cigarette smoke on my floor beginning at 3am. Room had an extreme musky smell. I will never stay at this property again.

Got the room with a tub room was disgusting had to wipe crust and hair out of the tub just to find out it didn’t work spend the extra money for nothing there was boogers on the walls and the sheets were not clean stay away from this place the rooms don’t even look like the pictures advertised

The Gentleman that checked us in (he was there most nights as well) was so kind and friendly. He truly made my entire experience. He made sure to acknowledge us every time he saw us and always checked to see if we or our puppy needed anything. He is truly a Gem!

OK place for the night. Tired and worn hotel but I think they will be doing renos. Bagel breakfast has ALOT to be desired. No tea, no yogurt. Tub in our room was very slow to drain. You’d think they were on well water how slow the toilet flushed. Our check in was great and fun.

Courtney was amazing. Every day. Victor was mediocre as he stayed on a personal call on his cell and made us wait. The morning woman who was doing laundry the day we checked out refused to give us a receipt because we paid through a third party even though we had a card on file and wanted to prove a zero balance she was mean about it. But we learned to only depend on Courtney. The elevator was scary too. Wires exposed.
