The room was great. But cannot give it 5 stars due to the individuals that work there. Very bad English so getting checked in with an Online reservation that we already had was horrid. Asked for drain help as the bathroom sink drain was stuck after 2nd day. Assuming cleaners pushed it down but couldnt get back up. Was told by staff you fix. No. We did not break it. Son wanted to speak to me and called into Hotel to be connected via to our room. Individual was not nice saud you have phome number call them. No he did not have phone number to the room. Please connect. Went back and forth she did finally connect him. Staff was rude and it was evident in helping others at front desk. Please put someone on staff that knows and understands the English language. When I have to repeat several times what I am trying to get them to understand

Tv didn't work, and dogs barking in adjoining rooms. The front desk just said 'Sorry'. So tell everyone to stay away from Best Western, because they are not good.

Slept peacefully listening to running water. haha!
My visit to Best Western Plus in Olathe was good. Over-all I was satisfied with my stay. Comfortable room, quiet restful sleep, and very good breakfast the next morning. There was a problem with the toilet, however. Water kept trickling through the toilet, and at one point the flapper wasn't holding enough water in it to even flush, so I adjusted it myself to restore operation.

It’s a fine hotel for a quick stop in kc and moving on the next day. Not much around to do. Fast food on both sides of hotel however

I've traveled a lot in the last 34 years and the continental breakfast we had during our stay was the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The front desk staff were kind and let the pool stay open late since we had a late arrival and our son wanted to swim. Best experience in a long time!
