Wasn’t constant with restocking breakfast everyday so bearly had options. The first room they had given to us there was a plumb leak and had roaches and had an unpleasant smell. The sec room wasn’t so bad but the mattress holder had A LOT of stains as well as the TV not having signal and the hair dryer not working at all.
It was just disgusting!! People up all night smoking floor was wet in hallways coming out of room are bathtub was disgusting! Sink leaked water out the pipes! If it wasn't already out of my account i would have left!! We really didn't sleep gor 3 nights!!
The first room I was in the heater didn’t work. The next room the toilet ran loudly and constantly. There was trash in the hallways the whole 4 days I was there that never got picked up.
Shades were see through with bright light shining in. Plumbing issues toilet & sink were clogged. No elevators. Outdoor door closest to our room the key didn’t work. Rooms were dirty trash under the bed. Only towels for two people even though we booked for 4 people. Trash in the hallways, floors & outside the entrance.
I was unable to book an accessible room so I called ahead and asked questions to see if room would still work for me. Every question I asked, man said yes. He lied about everything. We couldn't stay in room, so we left. Now he won't refund any part of stay. They rarely answer the front desk phone. On top of it being inaccessible, the desk clerk was rude. There was gravel all over sidewalks. This hotel is very close to KU Cancer Center, so I imagine many people with disabilities try to stay there. I am convinced they know this and are taking advantage of people who need accessibility. Expedia and Wyndham should stop associating with this property. They are highly incompetent or fraudulent. If I could give negative stars I would. Even if you don't need accommodations, you should avoid this property. The bathroom was covered in lime residue. It is a tiny bathroom that had an unpleasant odor. It was an overall horrible experience on a week in which we found out my husband has cancer. They had zero empathy. They were just plain rude. Avoid them.
Not what was pictured or described. Staff was rude. We waited hours with a broken toilet before getting another room and the bathroom door was falling off the hing and would close all the way. Breakfast was not even available one of the two days we were there
I like how clean the room and free breakfast was great! The staff ? I gotta tell ya’ll they should hire other people that is friendly and customer oriented and treat people with a smile!
