Our stay was perfect, until the maid made an unannounced entry. Scared the daylights out of us and her. We all laughed. Her & I exchanged a few Pleasant apologies in Spanish. Breakfast was great. This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are immaculate and very large. The 24 hour airport shuttle was so nice since we had two family members leaving on two different flights the next morning.

Don’t count on the free breakfast or even coffee for that matter, they don’t have staff to even restock cups. The room was dirty, a sanitary liner from a swimsuit was stuck to the bathroom door which tells me there is not much detail laid to cleaning.

We really liked the larger studio room. Also the bar bites were great for a late night dinner. There was plenty of grass for our dogs. We really needed a lovely quiet place where dogs were accepted, and this hotel was perfect.
