after check-in, left next day for activities, returned to room not made up. talked to front desk for reason, was told they do not provide room service during stay. I said we are here for 3 days.... my answer was you can can pickup clean towels at front desk. this is not acceptable

If I ask the front desk that we needed clean bedding bc tea was spilled on it. Front desk was willing to give me the bedding sheets and to do it myself!?!?.... Also in the shower there was hair high up on the wall, so housekeeping is an issue as well, and don't get me started around the carpet floors where vacuuming never happened!!!

Loved the casino on property. I hated that in casino I wasn’t allowed a chair at the roulette table even though I was wearing a back brace and was suffering from spinal stenosis that causes pain the whole time I was playing. Staff in casino was rude to me when I tried moving chair over to table and did not care of my condition even though there was an older gentleman already sitting in chair at roulette table. But I wasn’t allowed. Will not return

I loved the elegant design and decor. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was nice having multiple restaurants/bar-grill/cafe options for food so you didnt have to leave unless you didnt like the options. Food price was kinda high in some places to eat but with the economy right now its bound to happen. The part that was kind of a turn off was the smell of smoke in entry ways, elevator and even our non smoking room. Our room wasnt terribly smelly of smoke but enough to notice, and I get people can smoke in the casino are but it sure does linger to other areas unfortunately. Dont get me wrong I still enjoyed our night stay and if ever in the area I would return to stay again.
