Great people, not so great rooms
The rooms are not clean very well. Didn't look like the vacuum had been used on the carpet, there was hair in several places in the bathroom and we did not have hot water to take a shower or wash up. The staff is always very friendly but it seems like the hotel is not very well taken care of. We stay every year for my husbands work party and it seems to be the same issue every time.

The front desk staff were very helpful, the room was very nice. The only downside was the breakfast from the hotel restaurant was not very good. The coffee was undrinkable. I would eat offsite next time.
