What a beautiful hotel. Probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel in a very long time. I thought breakfast was free, but it's not, otherwise I had a perfect stay.

We arrived before check-in. The staff was experiencing an internet outage that was effecting several blocks of the city. In spite of the stress, the staff was super helpful and got us into our room early. Valet was quick, friendly and helped flag our Ubers. Bar was well stocked and fun. Recommend!

Worst experience I’ve ever had
We came here for a night due to family emergency. The only parking they have is valet and we didn’t want to pay their high parking price. They did not provide any information about the parking garages around them so we found out own, 1 block away. Now our vehicle is stuck in the parking garage until Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. This was a 1 night stay that for Friday night. Now we’ve had to arrange for another vehicle and drive back Tuesday when the garage opens back up.

The staff was friendly however the parking is extremely limited and if you use valet you get charged by the day. Also the towels had hairs on it which I honestly thought it was not hygienic. My family and I got a room with a view of an abandoned building which was not very pleasant to wake up to. Breakfast is available with a charge. But other than the building being in an inconvenient location the staff was very kind and helpful.

Valet parking
The room was good. The valet parking was just plain awful. The night we arrived the parking guy was amazing. How ever the next morning was just plain terrible. I was not given message to call for my car i went to the valet and let them know i needed my car they acted like they could not find it went to the front desk to check out and he said he would let them know were ready. After waiting for 25 minutes we still sid not have our car. I went back to the desk and they said someone must be getting it Went back again to ask and told them we had lunch reservations and were going to be late After i made a phone call while standing by the valet desk suddenly they found my keys and went to retrieve my car. Very poor service and left a bad taste to an otherwise great stay.
