A stress mess

There was food in the microwave and fridge from the last guest. All the soaps in the shower were empty and there were stains on each layer of bedding. I called room service the next morning to change the sheets and when we came back the bed was still bare. A staff member upgraded us to a suite which still didn’t have all the soaps filled. By the time we were in the new room our baby was way past her time to eat and past her bedtime. The inconvenience of the room situation made it a stressful stay when this was suppose to be for leisure. Will not be booking with this chain again.

Not the standard I would expect of a BW+

Stayed there overnight to attend a sporting event and wanted a larger suite to do some work the next day. The room smelled like dogs, there was no hair dryer (a basic I haven’t seen a hotel without for 10 years+) and in general it seemed run down.
