Very dated. Toilet overflowed 1 hour in and had to move to another room. That room the toilet handle was broken. The tub water wouldn’t drain out completely. Carpet was not vacuumed. Pool & hot tub closed since Oct but not disclosed during booking. Staff was very friendly, not their fault the hotel was so dated

There’s was a huge hole in the ceiling outside our room and a noisy banquet room. The room smelled terrible will never book here again.

The room is very nice and updated. The blankets, sheets, and towels were pure white so everything felt very clean. My only complaint is the pillows are too fluffy to where we had to sleep with 3 to have any support. Otherwise, it was great value for the price!

Overall pretty good. We had a room with the thermostat broken so we were assigned to another room. Then the other room had a toilet that didn’t flush correctly. The shower was clogged and didn’t have enough towels. That being said, the management was able to correct all of those things and were very apologetic and kind about it.

Not notified about pool and hot tub closed. The fire alarms went off a few times, all because someone was stupid and went out the emergency exit. The breakfast was not free like it was stated in the booking. The beds were uncomfortable as all get get out.

Very upset this is the second time in a month that I have stayed in a hotel that has posted they have a hot tub and pool but they are not in working condition! Plus this one showed they had a jetted bath tub in the pictures but didn’t even have this .
