A great hotel in a very convenient location. Everything is perfect when you stay here. We had the King Club room and it is well worth the extra money to get access to the Club Lounge.

Was going to be petty and dock them a star because we got one of the worst rooms (216: half a mile from the lifts with expansive views of the hotel car park) and the toilet seats are so hot it hurts to sit too long, but I couldn't bring myself to do it because: 1. The breakfast buffet is amazing 2. The staff are impeccable 3. They have an inexpensive coin laundry Would also recommend taking a day trip to Shirokawago village in the mountains (we used the white Ring Bus company: https://ars-whitering.linktivity.io).
