Our room was very dirty. Literally showed up to sleep. The floor was filthy and turned my socks black. The furniture appears to be from a Ramada Inn salvage sale. $20 per pet fee should be listed under their pet info, but it’s not.

The cabin has settled and has an obvious slant by about a foot. You can see the ground through a crack between the tile and the bathtub. About 1/4 of the channels listed on the printed TV guide didn't work including Fox News. We've stayed at this property several times but this may be our last time unless conditions change for the better.

Cute spacious cabins in Kanab

Front desk gentleman was welcoming and kind and efficient. Cute "cabins" were perfectly located for Kanab Balloon launch and near many food options. Bathrooms/tile/grout looking old/used. Wood ceilings, ceiling fans, fridge, microwave availability all good. Wifi and TV excellent. Beds were fine.

This property rented a cabin that structually needs to be worked on. There has been a washout at the rear of the cabin & cabin is not level.
