Lovely stopover in Kanab but the rooms need an update. An extra blanket would have been nice! Due to poor insulation (?) the heater was going on and off every few minutes. Great water pressure and a hot shower which we missed at another place we used to stay down the street. Saving grace was that the staff were very friendly and genuine.

My wife and I liked the beds. My mother-in-law had a problem with her bed. She said it was too hard. But we set her up with pillows underneath her and the bed worked fine for her. We liked having separate rooms. And we marveled at the room names. Ours was Dean Martin. My mother-in-law had her own room and bathroom which she loved. Her room was part of a suite. The room size was big enough. It had a small fridge and a microwave on top of the desk. The microwave was easy enough to move to set up a computer on the desk. We absolutely loved breakfast. It is open 7am to 11am every day. Drinks are free to the people staying there. And the food is scrumptious. We had French toast, biscuits and gravy, and a cowboy scrambled eggs. We loved the food. And we loved the lady who served us. Kutos to her and her vibrant personality.
