We were only there for one night. We enjoyed the sharks club for a couple drinks. Our one room was upgraded to a suite which was great for hosting our friends. The hotel was clean and the staff was really great.

Our room was upgraded for an extra fee , said it would better quite by was not . The floor was dirty with something sticking on the carpet . They didn’t supply enough soap or shampoo for 2 people . Plus the hot tub wasn’t working properly . Seemed like the jets stayed on very low with no force at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone .

It was disgustingly dirty. Garbage on the floors and in the stairwells. Bugs in the pool and the pool was dirty. No towels. Had to repeatedly ask for towels to be brought down. Staff weren’t friendly and no VIP treatment even though I qualified. Carpets were dirty and our room was filthy.

Location is convenient, but it's proximity to the railway tracks can cause some noise throughout the stay. Being an Expedia Gold member, I was given an upgrade to a King Suite which was a pleasant surprise. Staff at check-in was very busy, apparently the hotel was at capacity. I did attempt a few times to call ahead and ask about early check-in, but was unable to have anyone at the hotel answer, but when I arrived at 3pm I was able to check in. The hotel and room it self seems to be in need of some minor repairs, my room 424 most specifically is in need of some work, especially the plumbing. The toilet wasn't fit snug to the floor and has quite the wobble. The faucet in the kitchen was very loose as well, neither leaked, but are in need of repairs. Also the chairs in the sitting area are falling apart. The room was fairly clean, most specifically the bed and bathroom felt clean. A few items missed were the leftover popcorn between the fridge and counter from a previous guest, and some of the surfaces (coffee table, counter, and glass) had smear marks as if they hadn't been properly cleaned. Overall stay was OK, however for $332 a night, I feel the value to paid wasn't there.

B minus rating, this time

Checked in early, which was a blessing as there was a sports team in front of us, so about 45min to get through line. We were upgraded to a king suite for our patience! Koodos to staff. Went up dropped our bags off and left as we had a meeting to get to on time. Went back to room afterwards to grab an in-room coffee...loked everywhere for cups, only to find them in the dishwasher amongst other dishes...still dirty!!!! Really?????
