Was a nice place for an overnight stop. Unfortunately, although we booked a non-smoking room, other guests were smoking underneath our window, so if we had it open, our room became extremely smoky/smelly. Breakfast was minimal but ok to give us a head start on our travels.

It was just OK. Booking problem, I booked and realized my date was out by one day. I signed on to change the booking right away, just 5 minutes later and got charged $119.00 penalty fir making the change.

Pleasant stay.

Our stay was ok as the motel was in various states of remodelling so there was a little clutter left around. Also they needed to do a good cleaning of the outside furniture and BBQ equipment.

The property did a great job accommodating our group booking. If booking this hotel, request a riverview as it's much cleaner and feels safer. There's a nice green space where the kids played outside and the parents bbq. Generally speaking in the Kamloops the homeless population is quite high so most places you go may feel unsafe. This location is not as bad as other areas. Rooms are in the process of being renovated.

Place was clean, we had the river view which was nice, staff was cheerful and friendly. Parking was tight and you will need to ask for extra towels if your a two towel person per shower 😉

Property is just ok. The bed was comfortable and shower was ok. The presentation of property is in need of refresh with carpeted stair treads having holes in them being a potential trip hazard and not a good impressions Breakfast was complimentary and provided a decent amount of choice. Would I stay there if I visited Kamloops again - probably not
