We liked the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. We enjoyed the variety available for breakfast. We didn't like the location of the hot tub nor to find out that the pool was outside and therefore not available in the winter.

The tub drain spelt awful and filled up room with smell of moldy dish clothes. We told staff to ensure drains looked at. We kept the door to bathroom shut

No elevator I have been a Best Western loyalist until Now The hot tub was the best one I have ever been including Punta Cana I’ve probably been in 100 different best western and this hotel is hands down the best. Thx Just retired ,what a start Very friendly staff and great view

I liked that the rooms have been recently updated. The room itself was nice and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom could use a little more finishing. The breakfast was fine however plain scrambled eggs would be a better option than eggs with peppers in them.

Great service by the front desk staff when we checked in! The hotel is conveniently located where there are lots of dining options. The hot tub was wonderful. And breakfast in the morning was very nice :D
