The waterslide was found to be out of service when we showed up to the hotel, which was the main reason we booked the hotel. We even called before booking it to ask about the hot tub and pool and we're not giving any notice that it wasn't working. The coffee with the Continental breakfast was probably the worst coffee I've ever had and the continental breakfast was at a lower end for Continental as well. The staff was friendly though but the hot tub was also barely over lukewarm. Room was clean besides from that.

No tv channel option

The room was great. The room was quiet. However the TV option was horrible. No TV stations to watch except for a limited couple one was a news station and the other wass a home renting station. This hotel should go the extra mile and provide its customers with full TV viewing. In the evening after dinner when we get back to the hotel, it’s always so relaxing for my family and I to sit and watch TV before we go to sleep.
