The beds in room 125 were extremely uncomfortable. Highly in need of some better mattresses and more pillow options for the price paid I expect a clean room and mattresses that don’t squeak at any movement. The bed side table was super dirty and not clean.

Stated here quite a few times for business trips, and seems to be going downhill. Second time now I’ve been shifted from a requested Atrium room, and the property around the hotel is quite noisy/dirty due to construction. Restaurant in the hotel has good food, but horrendous service

The Coast was awful

The hotel room I was originally assigned had a used wash cloth on the vanity, garbage and old food in a paper bag beside the garbage, pillows and a blanket on the couch as if someone had been sleeping on the couch, and then after I called the front desk while waiting for the hotel representative another gentleman swiped into my room and was assigned the same room. Was assigned a different room, the hotels compensation was poor at best.

I travel for business and stay at the Coast hotel 2 to 3 times a month. The staff is excellent and they go out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The rooms are rooming. The Internet is great. I would highly recommend this hotel the manager and his staff do an amazing job.

Not worth the price for the location of our room

We booked a 2 bedroom suite hoping to enjoy and relax since we were from a different city and wanted my family to experience Kamloops. They've put us on the far end room of the floor. Upon entering our suite, it was warm more so inside the bedrooms. Everyone was complaining about the temp.. I told them that it will be colder maybe in a few hours. We decided to go down for a swim and hoping the room will be somehow cold when we get back. But around 9pm its still has the same temperature. We tried changing the temp. setting but it was locked and was set to auto at 25°. We saw an old small fan at the corner of the living room and just turned it on. We tried calling the front desk a few times but no one's answering. We went to sleep around 11pm still hoping the temp. will change. I've checked on my 3 year old son sleeping in the bedroom then found him sweating and his shirt was wet due to warm temp. of the room. I went back to sleep again but we keep on waking up with the warm temperature of the room and we started hearing all the vehicles from the road. I tried playing white noise on my phone and cover my ears with pillow just to eliminate hearing the vehicles from the road but no luck.tried calling the front desk again at 130am but still no one is answering. So basically, we did not sleep well and we didn't enjoy the room that we are expecting to be an amazing one to relax. We paid around $250 for that 2 bedroom suite just to be up all night with our 4 hour drive back home.

Outstanding Stay – Highly Recommended Our experience at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were professional, efficient, and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early—something we greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and located in a convenient area with easy access to nearby amenities. Our room offered a lovely atrium view, adding a touch of charm to our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub in the evening, which was the perfect way to unwind. The on-site restaurant exceeded expectations with both its food quality and service. If I had to note one minor downside, it would be that the bed was a bit firmer than I personally prefer. However, this didn’t detract from the overall experience. We had a fantastic trip and will definitely return on our next visit. Highly recommended!
