Nice room, carpet a little dirty, only had one tissue in the holder before it was empty, and sink was very very slow to drain. Otherwise quite pleasant and good value.

My kids loved the outdoor pool. The description of the hotel said that there was a restaurant. There is not one at the hotel, but there are some that are very close to it.

The room was clean, mattress and pillows excellent. The “gym” was disappointing broken treadmill, poor stationary bike, no dumbbells or bench. Also we were looking forward to a relaxing swim and the pool was closed.

Pleasant staff, nice amenities including air fryer, kitchen prep tools, dishwashing tools, even aluminum foil in room. Grills and picnic tables outside. Area is convenient, near highway, grocery, restaurants, though noisy near highway. Only minor annoyance, door wouldn't close and catch easily so be sure to shut this firmly especially on your way out.

We enjoyed the property itself. It’s in a fairly safe area, we as a couple felt fine walking our dogs around as we needed to, lots of green space and a nice picnic area with a green space. Was t super impressed with my check in. Someone else walked in while I was being checked in and because she was a return customer I was ignored while they all shared duck stories and all I wanted was to get to our beds. Parking is nice all the way around the building so you can park near your room. If your not in the middle of the building though the elevator is a bit inconvenient and you’ll probably be using stairs.

We stayed for one night on our way to Vancouver. Great motel, clean and well manage, with easy check-in and check-out. It was within walking distance to a lot of eateries. The staff was very helpful in calling us ahead of time about a water shut-off on the night we stayed. The receptionist Tien went out of her way to find us a bucket that we could use, which was so nice. She recommended a very nice Chinese restaurant where we had a lovely dinner. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely will stay again.

Loved this hotel they were reasonably priced for the time of year. Close to so many restaurants and things. I had a DUCKING good time staying here and id be back in a heart beat if i was in kamloops again. Quack quack
