近くにリゾラテラスなどあり、スタッフの方もとても親切で良かったです。 しかしエクスペディア側のユーザビリティが最悪でした。 インターネットが部屋で使えないことが記載がなくあたかも使えるかのような表記になっておりました。 そのため大江戸温泉のスタッフの方が気を利かせてくれ、インターネットが使えない西館から使える東館の部屋に変えてくださいました。 とにかくエクスペディアへ連絡することが難しく、質問しようにもバーチャルチャットに行き、それも当日の予約分は選ばす非常に難儀しました。 いっときエクスペディアは少なくとも国内では連絡も取れず確認もできないため、使わないようにしたいと反省しました。 その分を大江戸温泉のスタッフさんの神対応により助けられました。 ただバイキングのご飯、特にお腹がスジ肉なのか固く、また全体的に美味しくなかった中、デザートや朝ごはんのお肉以外のものは美味しかったです。

カメムシの 匂いと、多さにドン引きしました。 温泉を楽しみにしていましたけど、そのせいで、入る事が出来ませんでした。 室内に、美肌の温泉が欲しかったです。

フロント、レストランのスタッフの方はとても丁寧に案内してくれました。 特にレストランでは前日夜のご飯のメニューにお醤油バイキングがあって、翌朝のモーニングの時に昨夜のお醤油バイキングの醤油のメーカーと名前を教えて欲しいとお願いしたところ、お忙しい中とても丁寧にご案内してくださいました。
