For the price we paid of $71 a night for a double bed it was ok. There were stains and holes in the sheets and blankets but there were NO bugs. Very noisy in the mornings with people leaving at 5am with the walls being so thin. Our light sensor was broken so our light came on automatically every hour during the night. There are people tweaking out in the parking lot. Day and night. Again ok for the price but be cautious.

A Good Night’s Sleep
Everyone was so nice. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. It’s pet friendly. My boys felt right at home. 😁 I would definitely stay again in the future.

My stay at the hotel would have been satisfactory if it weren't for the disturbance caused by neighboring guests. Unfortunately, the soundproofing between rooms was poor, and I was kept awake by loud conversations and drinking outside. I understand that this was not directly the hotel's fault, and I appreciate the prompt response from management when I called the front desk. They sent someone to address the situation, and while the noise subsided for a brief period, it soon resumed. Sadly, I wasn’t able to get the rest I needed before a long drive the next day. It was an unfortunate experience, but I recognize it was mostly due to the behavior of other guests.

A bad stay in Kalamazoo
Cigarette burns on he bed blanket in my "smoke free" room, television stations that constantly went offline. Didn't see housekeeping until day two, and their visit consisted of asking me if I needed any clean towels.

This Red Roof fell below the standards set by the RRs newly renovated in the South. Perhaps it was once as shown in the website photos but needs renovations quickly. There were issues with our room but the desk clerk promised to have maintenance address them all. Time will tell I must say it was a step up from the Baymont down the street

The first room we got was dirty. Pop bottles and trash all over. There were homeless people living in the woods right next to the hotel. I was scared to walk alone any time during the day or night. It smelled like human feces and rotting food. People were outside playing music all hours of the night. People sleeping in their cars. When I brought this to the staffs attention, they did nothing.
