Getting to the property was not very easy and the road is very tore up. We rented a hot tub room. The water coming out of the pipes was brown. We refused to get in. The next morning they told us it was just the city water, but that’s not true. The water coming out of the sink was clear and also in the showerWhen we first arrived at the room, no remote for the TV my husband had to go 2 to 3 times to get a working remote for the room. No elevator for any second floor access. The next morning when going for breakfast, they allowed people to walk around barefooted in the breakfast area.

When I checked in the night auditor was monitoring her baby or something, not focused on her job. Room was outdated and needs help. Toilet didn't work proper, hole in wall. I would rate this a 5 out of 10 Would not recommend Breakfast at 7 am was empty, no eggs, a few sausage. Not for me

Honestly it wasn't bad. The people there were very nice and polite. It is a dated hotel and the pool was being painted so we couldn't swim. I've stayed in this hotel many of times. Never have i had a bad experience. The smell of weed is to be expected when you are staying in Michigan. There wasn't a lot of food for breakfast. But it is nice to have a hot meal when you are on the road. For a dated hotel i would have to say on a scale of 1 -10 i would give it a 6 or 7. I've sleep in alot worse over the years. I choose this hotel because it has alot of activities for my children.

Had to change rooms because the heater would not work and then in the next room hair dryer was broken. The property could use some new paint and major cleaning of the inside areas. For the price I don't think I will go back there.
