Property was exceptional! Rented for my daughters birthday not having high expectations other than a pool, but the staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent, facility was clean… would definitely visit again!

I arrived at 5pm to check into the hotel prior to running to the WMU hockey game at 6. My room was not ready even though my reservation said I could check in at 3pm. I had to go to the game with all of my baggage including my sons hockey gear in the car. Was not able to get the stuff into the room to air out, or get into the room for my son to shower prior to going to the WMU game. (He had just played a hockey game of his own and needed a shower). it was quite an inconvienence. No discount or refund was offered either when I asked, I just kept being told I had to speak with a manager, but the manager never seemed to be there when I would go to the counter to ask, morning or night.

We were very happy with our stay at Home2! We were travelling with our dog and they were VERY accomodating! The room was quite spacious and there is a lot of counter space to place suitcases/stuff. It was quiet and clean and a very reasonable price! We will definitely keep Home2 at the top of our list when travelling to Kalamazoo in the future!

Secure, and the front desk staff was so kind and helpful. Pool was comfortably warm. Great atmosphere. Bed was comfortable room had everything you needed for a short or long stay.

This was our first time staying here. We usually stay across the street at the Radisson, but wanted to try something new. I am so glad that we did! The room was clean and spacious, the front desk clerks were friendly and welcoming, and the price was good!

The place is very nice. You have to use your room key for everything! From the front door of the building to the elevator and even I. Your room for the lights. But we came here for my daughter’s birthday. They enjoyed the pool, and the gym. We also like our view and the space of the room. We stayed for an extra day if that tells you anything.

The staff were kind and very helpful. We needed extra towels, they were provided. We were the last at breakfast and they turned the waffle maker back on and let us grab food for our teens who were sleeping in. We did wonder, though, why the accessible room was on the 7th floor. It would be hard to go down the stairs in an emergency.
