I originally didn’t intend to book a room at this hotel, but because of getting a horrible room at a different hotel this was a last minute decision. Walking in, I was immediately greeted by a young woman with a wide face. It was then that I knew this place would be a whole lot safer than the last. Then as I opened the door to my room, I was faced with shock. It certainly wasn’t what I was expecting but better! The room was huge, I quite literally felt like Kevin from the Home Alone movies when he got a room. It was very neat and tidy, smelled amazing, and was extremely comforting. Definitely recommend booking a room at this hotel. Not to mention the pricing isn’t too terrible, my room was $160 (definitely on the cheaper side in my opinion)

Not the best.

As a coffee drinker it was annoying that the only coffee in the room was decaf and the carafe in the lobby was empty. The breakfast had several stations that were empty. Front desk was not quite professional. I've been in worst but this Holiday Inn Express wasn't great.

The staff was friendly and helpful.The room was clean. But the TV did not work, and was stuck on video. The remote did not work to do anything. The air conditioning unit did not work at all. It was very loud and just rattled. We could not change the temperature, heat or cooling, nothing. So the room was extremely stuffy. Kids stomping on the ceiling all night. The room next to us continually knocked on our wall for most of the night.

We were foeced to stay here because of a disastrous reservation at a near by hotel. It was a small step up from the disastrous place we left. $210, for one night and they didnt have pillow cases for the pull out bed, and we had to go down and get our own sheets for the pull out couch for the kids. The washers were broken they didnt have clean sheets. When i checked out the next morning a housecleaning staff member had to find the receptionist to check us out. Turns out she was hanging out on another floor gossiping with a friend of hers about another employee. I know this because we passed her on our way down to check out. You would think this would have alerted her to go back to her station, but no.
