This hotel is beautiful! We were very pleased with our stay as soon as we walked into the lobby. The location is very convenient as well, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Awesome hotel! I slept like a baby in my very comfy bed! We enjoyed the hotel restaurant, the food was good, and our server ( Bree) was fantastic!! They had live music in the lobby, which was a super fun surprise! The desk staff, Maddy and Adam, were professional and friendly! Also for breakfast, Monica was attentive and super nice! Fantastic experience!! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I truly enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very kind and professional. My room was very clean and quiet! The restaurant and bar was very nice! We had the pleasure of having Lola take care of us and she went above and beyond to tell us about Western Michigan University. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will be back!!

They changed for everything. There were two small bottles of water in the room and the charge was $2.50 per water. Breakfast was $12.50. Parking was $20. You would think that after paying $160 for a standard room you would get a few things free.

Didn't get what I paid for
It was a nice hotel, but not really worth the money. I booked a deluxe room 6 weeks in advance, and didn't get a deluxe room... But was still charged for a deluxe room. The ice machine on our floor didn't work, the heat kept kicking on by itself, and I think the beds are fiberglass memory foam, or they use a harsh laundry detergent, Because my skin was very itchy trying to sleep in that bed.
