I checked into my room and turned the heat on because it was cold in the room. A few minutes later it started smelling of fire then the fire alarm went off. I turned off the heat and the alarm eventually stopped. I told the person at the front desk. She said to wait 30 minutes then try again. I went back to my room but the smell and fumes were causing my throat to burn so I called the desk and said I couldn’t stay in the room, let alone feel comfortable with electrical problems with the heating unit. She gave me another room but it was in the recessed area with the elevators. People waiting for the elevator were standing right beside my door. The hotel was mostly empty, with only an around a dozen cars in the parking lot. Overall, not the best experience and a little scary when my room was filling with fumes and I was sent back in to that room and told to try turning it on again. Not the way to treat guests.

We were just staying one night for a concert but it was a really nice room. Very spacious and clean. I appreciate the little kitchen counter space if you were staying longer, it would be perfect! The bed was really comfy as well. Breakfast was great, it’s nice that they offer hot options because so many hotels have switched to just cereal/muffins etc.

The 1st room we were in, the bathroom door was locked from the inside and the front desk gal was unable to unlock it, so we had to pack up EVERYTHING and move to another room. The second room was full of crumbs in between the beds and nightstands. The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain. The room was very musty smelling. Beds and pillows EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The hotel was very rundown and a bit spendy for the condition.

Everything in the Hotel was fine until I woke up with bites up my arm and on my neck. Went to the Doc and we obtained a report stating it is consistent with Bedbug bites. My Dad was very upset, but he only got the cost of 2 nights for 1 room (we had 2 rooms) credited. We canceled the next 2 nights, and he was under the impression Lyndsy (the manager) was going to find and pay for the next hotel. She did not and he was upset again. I feel this is way under what we should have been compensated. I am definitely stressed and have anxiety from this. Not to mention emotional damages.

The hotel is a little dated and the towels and sheets had small stains. They seemed clean, just stained from being old. But the staff was great and the pool was big and well-maintained. It was worth the price, and we would stay again.

One of the largest hotel rooms we’ve ever had! Plenty of space everywhere! Clean. Ironically the bathroom was small for such a large room. Great stay. Only downside was elevator was broken and we were on the second floor. Stayed 3 nights. I’m sure all the exercise was good for me but stairs are hard on my knees.
