This was the worst place I’ve ever checked into. We checked in, went up to our rooms, turned around and checked out 5 mins later. The walkover was peeling, it smelled of mildew and mold, had definitely not been cleaned, there were rusty screws sticking out of the shower, whole place was falling apart, absolutely disgusting. Front desk was not helpful, she’s apparently only allowed to check people in and out but can’t answer any questions at all. No manager or anyone in charge until some time the next morning supposedly.

Room and environment was pretty dirty compared to other Baymont facilities I’ve visited. I travel for work constantly. This room was not cleaned before us and the room freaked of smoke pretty badly. Also, I got to the breakfast which was supposed to be from 6-9am and at 630 nothing was out yet and I had to leave.

Carpeting needs to be replaced, the "freezer" part of the fridge was almost full of ice and needs to be defrosted, and the microwave was dirty on the outside. Didn't look inside as I had nothing to heat. No extra pillows, no blankets. The bed had only a sheet and very thin bedspread. I was too tired to get out of bed and call. I think this hotel is used mostly for long-term work related usage. I was not able to get the exterior room that I requested.

So had a few issues, the tv in the suite area wasn’t working no cable to it. The jacuzzi tub drain was broken took forever to fill and there was water spraying everywhere

Homeless sleeping there. Very rundown and needing updates. No hairdryer, ice buckets, limited towels due to theft. Very disappointed Staff was good though.

Others had said it was a bug infested mess and that is accurate. I didn't have any other option for the night, but if you're looking for somewhere clean without cockroaches and endless mystery bugs... Choose somewhere else. There was a sign for clean drinking water but the staff had no idea so I opted to use my own bottled water. Dog feces alllll over the property in any grassy area... Overall, just very dirty.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting there were actual cockroaches in our room the man at the front desk was rude there weren't blankets on the bed there was two sheets stay away from this hotel it's cheap and you get what you pay for
