Not only did we have to go up to the room 3 times before a key worked, but at 2:15 am a group of very loud men had a conversation outside our door. There were folks smoking by the elevator and breakfast was poor

It's very run down, dirty, broken furniture, no coffee pot, sink drained slow, hole stuffed with toilet paper in door, TV not working, smell of cigarettes, cars up on block in parking lot, homeless encamped on lawn, poor electric. worst Wyndham property ever. Bed clean and comfy. Pet fee ten dollars. I have never had to give such a bad review. A man was asking to get his money back couldn't stay there I should have believed him

The property was ran down, dirty, sheets were stained. The couch was falling apart, cushions were coming apart. Tiles coming up out the bathroom floor. We left immediately, front desk staff was extremely kind.

Very Poor Shape

Our first room wasn't ready at all. Things were pulled away from the wall...trash on the floor. The sink faucet wasn't fastened down. There were full trash bags laying in hallways and outdoor walkways.

Lot's of broken items. TV, fixtures, poor electric,the floors turned out feet black. Dirty looks broken down. Sink clogged. So dissatisfied in this Wyndham property. Flies in room. Looks like bullet hole in door with toilet paper shoved in it. I've never had to give a bad review. Front desk employee was new and overwhelmed said there was new management. Some good. The bed was comfortable and looked clean until my feet got in it. Good air conditioner. Pet fee only 10$. Quite for sleeping hours.

I was given keys to a room that had someone staying in it. I was given another room and someone came to my room with a key and let themselves in. The two locks on the door were broken so I couldn’t lock it to keep people out. Overall horrible experience. Several homeless people were in a tent next to the parking lot and several transients in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe. Wrong room first and someone letting themselves into my room with no ability to lock the door. Won’t be going back!

On arrival there was dealers outside. And a guy roaming the reception area under the influence or narcotics. Heading to the room there was people just standing in the hall way staring at us and the walls were moldy as the hallway smelled musty. On entry the room smelled just as bad. When checking the mattress we found that there was a 2 ft wide blood stain that had soaked through 2 mattress pads. We called the front desk and they offered to let us check out and ask for a refund.

The condition of the place was incredibly run-down. Carpet felt sticky and looked stained. Paint was peeling. The safety latch on the door was broken. The people were great, but it just felt sketchy!

We where taken for a room chargebased on false advertising. The room we where supposed to het which we booked was supposed to be with a balcony. We didnt get the balcony what was worse is that the hostess tried to tell us we didnt book that room type. We left very frustrated and angry and didnt even stay there.

Not only is the place dirty and stink and have people and junk all over I didn’t even receive the room I booked let alone the room I did get was dirty and nasty and the door hardly shut do not recommend for anyone

Couldn't even give us a key

No electricity, no hot shower, front desk couldn't give us a key to our room. "Power is supposed to be on by 9pm" Yet they were still open. Couldn't give me a refund as prepaid through hotels dot com. We had chosen this hotel as it was close to the highway and our dog was with us, pet friendly. We stayed less than 2 hours.
