A little hidden gem of a hotel 🏨.
Absolutely fantastic hotel , super clean and the bed and bedding was so comfortable. Great value for my dollar

My only complaint is they gave me the handicap room and the shower was tiny and if you are not careful the water can easily flow out of the shower.

Clean, clean, clean! The only drawback I could find is that the color temp of the lights are brilliant White which is incredibly helpful to show how impeccably clean this place is but without dimmers the brightness can be jarring in the middle of the night. Overall great stay.

The room was nice and clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. However, the cleaning products they used here are very strong. The smell was so strong when we entered the room, I had to hold the door open to try to air it out (the windows don't open). We left for dinner and came back a few hours and the strong smell still lingered. Otherwise, the room was good.

Check in was quick, easy and seamless. The facility looked brand new and fresh. Beds were comfortable and clean. It wasn’t noisy. Great place for a quick weekend and Kalamazoo.

Spent the night here on a layover as we were driving overnight to Chicago. When we arrived past midnight, there was nobody at the front desk. Our room was tidy though and the staff at the front desk in the morning were very personable. Would recommend this hotel.

Bathroom left something to be desired
The lobby and check-in were nice, and clean. Our room was a little disappointing for a couple reasons - we reserved one king with a city view and were given two queens with a view of Arby’s, hand soap was completely empty, tissue box was empty, toilet had bowels floating in it still and shower floor appeared dirty, like it had not been scrubbed around the edges. Beds and pillows were comfortable though.
