Royal Kona Resort is ocean front property. You wake up everyday the sound of waves and sunshine! A very pleasant atmosphere. We were able to walk to Ali'i Drive where there are shops and restaurants. There was a restaurant and bar at the resort as well. The room has a tiny kitchenette with sink and mini fridge. I would highly recommend this property. This resort is 2 hours from volcano national park and 1.5 hours from hilo.
