The room was not clean, the shower in particular was not clean. Every day I found bugs in the bed which was beyond gross. The food was not good and beyond over priced. The concierge booked me for basically the same over priced excursion twice. Some of the staff was beyond rude and unprofessional, horrible customer service. The drinks were also not great and very overpriced. Overall I would never stay at this hotel again. Also there is no spa and the gym is from the 80’s.

Unfortunately we weren’t aware that the club lounge wasn’t going to be open. They did provide vouchers to have drinks and apps and breakfast at the regular hotel restaurant but they were overwhelmed so service wasn’t great.

This an older property that stated on the website it is “newly renovated”. It’s been painted but that’s about it. We had several cockroaches in our room, but the worst part was NO hot water for our entire stay.

The lobby and check in area was clean and the staff was friendly. The room/room amenities itself was a let down. The room was noisy from the adult pool area/bar being in very close proximity. This is not a family hotel but perhaps ideal for couples or singles that enjoy a crowded feeling. The hotel had no children show channels in the room available on live tv. You could purchase a children’s channel for 14.99 a day. I am not sure how it is legal to charge for PBS as it is a free channel/app available to all.

Bed was terrible, room was not ready until 10:30pm. Very disappointing and they did not even have the king bed we booked…..they put us in a room with 2 dbl beds. Terrible service, over promised something they could not deliver! I’m wondering if it was an Expedia booking if they didn’t care. I’ve never heard of a hotel where you go to check in and the room is not ready until 1030 at night. Ridiculous.
