Area was nice and room was as well. The only issue is that it sounded like something was chewing its way into or out of the air conditioner. This continued even when it was off but stopped for a while if I made noise.

All the staff members were so much co operative. Front desk lady helped us to check in one our earlier as our request. At 9:45 am one male staff member at breakfast helped us to have pancake machine fixed right away so my kids were able to enjoy pancakes. We felt it great. Because 10 am was cut off time for breakfast.

Had a very nice stay!

I really enjoyed this hotel! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast is good. My only suggestion is that they get carpet in the rooms - I could hear the people upstairs walking around all of the time loudly. I had an issue with my first room and the staff was very nice and helped me get a new room. The pool is also very refreshing when it’s hot! I highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, convenient to restaurants and shops. Friendly check-in; called in advance and requested early check-in - they said they’d do their best to accommodate- and they did - was able to get keys to room a couple hours before official check in time.
