Hotel is centrally located and many rooms are recently renovated. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Room was not ocean front at all and had a partial view of the bay with a long-boat storage area as the view on tower 3. No light over the counter by the fridge other than a back-lit mirror. Bath was fine, TV was ok also. Pool looks inviting but didn't have a chance to use that or the beach off the bay in back. Tante's next door is convenient for food with good variety...other food not too far off of a drive and a good bakery/coffee shop walking distance across the lot next door. What was outstanding is their assistance for a backpack left behind that they got to me just in time for my flight out. Totally solid service there. Could use some standard tourist info stuff in the lobby as staff really didn't have any time to ask any questions or know anything much when asked. Expect a walk to some of the rooms and to park where direct access isn't too convenient. Outer look of the hotel itself is dated and a work in progress it appears in renovations. Close to airport relatively speaking. Costco and Walmart easy driving if needed.

Close to the ocean. Good view. Nice layout & pool. Front desk supervisor not very customer friendly or understanding. Loved to say "No". No consideration for circumstances or variance from "mandatory requirements/policies" Adjoining restaurant(not sure if they're part of the hotel or just on their premises) "Tante" was a terrific little place for breakfast. The staff could not have been nicer. The food options and tastes were terrific. My wife had excellent Eggs Benedict. I had fresh-made corned-beef hash with poached eggs and delicious fried potatoes. We will probably go back again during our 1 month visit. (We have moved to a condo property for the rest of the month).

Pretty good stay over spot

We used this hotel as a stay over after a late flight arrival meant no rental car til the next morning. I called the hotel to get a shuttle pick up and was told the shuttle was not available after 9pm. (We choose this hotel because of the shuttle and I missed any mention of no late night availability on the hotels.com listing. The room was clean and comfortable and the next morning we caught the shuttle to get our car. We appreciated the late check out offered at our check in! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is more like a motel than hotel. The room was good size and decently clean, however the shower had an extremely weak stream and sounded like it was on its last leg. The common areas were solid. The reservation was for 4pm, our room wasn’t ready until 5:30. Not what you want to wait for after a flight. Staff took no accountability in their lack of preparation and offered nothing to make things right for taking an hour and a half away from our vacation. This was all prepaid months ago too and they were still late. This is a common problem as we saw others also waiting for their rooms to be cleared. Though this hotel was conveniently located near the airport, it failed to meet expectations of the photos and price.

Reasonably priced, pool and beach, restaurant on site, so super easy to enjoy. Airport shuttle is free and easy. They are ipdating the place, the pool area is beautiful and comfortable, beach is right there! Enjoy your feet in the sand or enjoy watching the waves from seating set ip by horel. Room are small, need some ipdating.

Very lovely staff and property that seems to be striving for comfort and guest services. Revamped older property in convenient location for sight seeing. Gas bay beach and nice lookout close to airport. Excellent for 1-2 nights

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was large, bright, and clean, as were the grounds and lobby. Not much of a view from our room. It had a moni-fridge but we didnt have a microwave. However, we were only there one night so these wer not an issue. Very convenient to the airport and they provide transportation to and from the airport, if needed.
