We had a little issue with air conditioning . But the handle it fast and moved our rooms. Tianna at thr frint desk was absolutely the nicest and so accommodating,. She definitely have such a happy attuide that made our stay. They had some fun activities for the kids .

Do not book this hotel based on the photos provided on their website or the website of others. Trust me, the rooms will not look like what you see in the photos. If you expect nice rooms like what they post are truly deceiving and false advertisement. I was truly disappointed! I've never had a hotel post fake photos of what the room will look like and I travel a lot. Hallway carpet is filthy and even smells in some areas. One front desk personnel was rude and tried to put me back in the room I complained about. The hotel blamed Expedia for using the "wrong" photos to portray the room I booked. I went on to check out the hotel's own photos along with many other travel sites and they all had the same photos of the room I thought I booked. They use fake photos to lure you in so you pay more for a nicer room. It's the hotel itself that provides the photos to the travel sites. And like I said, the hotel itself used the same photos to make their Ocean View room look like the Ocean Front room. Don't waste your money on this hotel. Stay somewhere else.

It’s a motel, but because it’s on Maui it seems much more impressive. The atmosphere was friendly, but the rooms / amenities were average. It was decent for the one night we stayed.

It was okay. The website definitely makes the rooms look nicer than it was. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel because we were off exploring. But it was expensive for what it was. Didn’t offer breakfast. And you had to turn in your own towels to get clean fresh towels. They also charge you extra if any towels come up missing.

Our two double room was VERY small and had no frills. Although it was clean enough, in general, this hotel feels like it needs a makeover. The grounds are very pretty, and the location on the water is nice.

Oceanview. Walking distance to the beach. A little windy for swimming. It's located in the middle of the island. So it's easy to reach either end of the island. It's not very far from Walmart or Costco.

Extremely loud with the highway infront and on the side! Dirty, showed up and took wasn’t ready and yet it was almost 4pm. The same thing happened to the lady that checked in infront of me! Would not recommend again! $2000 for 6 days…..crazy plus then parking! And they did nothing about the noice of the guests playing and screaming in the hallways at 2am multiple nights.
