The only bad thing about this place is going back to reality and having to leave. Forever will cherish the memories my family and I had here. Cannot wait to go back! Also, Nora one of the cleaning ladies was so, so sweet. She deserves a raise.

The Turtle Bay Resort is a beautiful, relaxing place to stay. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The property has a very high-end feel without being stuffy or pretentious. There are comfy places to relax inside and outside with the emphasis on natural fibers, woods, and hardscapes. The food is delicious. The sunset spot was my favorite, watching the sunset surfers. My other favorite spot was the comfy chaise on our balcony with the overstuffed pillows. I sat out there for hours watching the waves and the children play in the pool below. The room had ample storage and was extremely clean. The shower was amazing - so huge with both a rain fixture and a hand-held option. The property was large and had many fun hiking/biking trails to explore the area. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

A fun time at time at the Ritz O'ahu Turtle Bay!
It was a great view; however, we were not given a balcony. The room did have a sliding door and a view of the ocean. We had some discrepancies with adding the breakfast for two for $100; when we went to the buffet, we were charged for the breakfast and told to dispute the charge upon check out, and that was a bit of a drag to have to go through, so I would recommend not buying into the breakfast option beforehand unless you want to go through that at check out. The pools are exceptional at this resort, and the drinks are strong. The stay was enjoyable, and I was glad to book it at the last minute to visit my schoolmate on the north shore; we all had fun!

Love this place. Bought my whole family here when it was still called Turtle Bay resort in the beginning of the summer. It was our first time, but it won’t be our last. I’ll be coming back here in the near future.

Spectacularly beautiful property with super friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to the night manager Michael who supported us through a scary health emergency requiring an ER visit. My only disappointment is that there is no hotel transportation from the hotel to local areas. No way to get home from the ER - we had to impose upon a kindly stranger. No way to get to the pharmacy for medications except the public bus. With a parking lot full of property owned vehicles, it seems there should be SOME means of supporting guests without a rental car, for emergent situations such as this.
